Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Efficiently address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Document customer interactions diligently in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive work environment and improve service processes.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously develop skills and enhance service delivery.
- Share ideas for optimizing the customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken.
- English is required, both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Effective problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar field is preferred.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and customer support platforms.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new cultural experiences.
