Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients via various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay informed about our products and services to deliver accurate information to customers.
- Document all customer interactions clearly in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Engage in ongoing training to improve your skills and product knowledge.
- Contribute to team goals and initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and eagerness to adapt to a new cultural experience.
