Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to deliver accurate information.
- Record and document all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
- Share feedback and suggestions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
