Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service to Finnish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Manage inquiries and resolve issues effectively, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.

- Log customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.

Requirements
- Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and verbal.
