Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely assistance regarding app features, account issues, and reservation processes.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction in every interaction.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for efficient tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and share customer feedback with relevant departments.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and work under time constraints.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and mobile applications is an advantage.
- Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
