Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company's electronics products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Document customer interactions meticulously within the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices to enhance service quality.
- Participate in training programs to stay informed about new product releases and updates.
- Provide feedback on customer experiences and suggest improvements to service processes.
Requirements
- Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and technical support tools.
