Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries about music and podcast services, resolving issues effectively.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with industry trends and platform features.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong enthusiasm for music, podcasts, and the entertainment industry.
- Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
