We are currently seeking a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Online Music & Podcast Department. This role is perfect for those who have a love for music and podcasts, and who enjoy helping customers navigate their audio experience.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking users regarding online music and podcast services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to subscriptions, account management, content access, and technical issues.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance user satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records for tracking purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Educate users on how to effectively use the platform and discover new content.
- Gather user feedback to support the continuous improvement of products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or technology sectors.
- A strong passion for music and podcasts with the ability to convey this enthusiasm to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
