Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of company products and services to accurately assist clients.
  • Document all customer interactions carefully in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with your team to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to continuously improve your skill set.
  • Contribute ideas for process enhancements to better serve our customers.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • A positive and adaptable attitude, ready to embrace a new cultural experience.
