Responsibilities
  • Offer outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat platforms.

  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for service improvements.
  • Participate in training sessions to continually develop skills and knowledge of best practices.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer service experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech, both spoken and written; proficiency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
