Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document all interactions with customers in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Participate actively in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Share feedback and insights to help improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in customer service is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to immerse in a new cultural experience.
