Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding fitness and sports equipment, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable approach to all interactions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions for future reference and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your application.
  • A strong interest in fitness, sports, and related equipment.
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues with a positive attitude.
