We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to providing top-tier service and support to our Portuguese-speaking clients while ensuring their financial needs are met effectively.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management.
- Provide accurate information about billing, transactions, and account balances to clients.
- Help clients navigate through financial processes and resolve any issues they may encounter.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain thorough records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of financial services and regulations to provide informed advice.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and strong communication skills in English are essential.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the finance or banking industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and general financial principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences and resolving issues promptly.
