This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can leverage your language skills while helping customers with their telecommunications needs. Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support through various channels including phone, email, and live chat, primarily in German.
- Assist customers with queries related to telecommunications services, billing, and technical support.
- Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions for future reference.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuously seek to improve the customer experience by gathering feedback and suggesting improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of telecommunications products and services is a plus.
- Ability to handle complex issues and deliver solutions effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
- Legal eligibility to work in Greece.
