Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer effective solutions promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's electronics products and services to assist customers accurately.
- Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system to ensure transparency and tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to share information and improve the overall customer service strategy.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Provide valuable feedback to management regarding customer concerns and potential improvements.
Requirements
- Fluent in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning about new technologies and products.
