Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to repair processes, warranty claims, and product support.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to address customer issues and enhance service quality.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and repair protocols.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service in the tech sector.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially in technology or warranty services, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
