We are currently looking for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Assistant Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch support and have a keen interest in assisting clients in managing their virtual needs effectively.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients seeking virtual assistant services through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding service offerings, pricing, and how to best utilize virtual assistant services.
- Address and resolve client concerns and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly, ensuring all queries are managed and followed up promptly.
- Collaborate with the virtual assistant team to ensure efficient service delivery and to address complex issues.
- Educate clients about best practices for working with virtual assistants and the tools available to facilitate the process.
- Gather feedback from clients to contribute to the ongoing improvement of services offered.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual assistance or administrative capacity.
- Strong communication skills, with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
