Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to offer accurate assistance and information to customers.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.

- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
