Whether it's troubleshooting issues, answering questions, or guiding them through our services, your role will be crucial in ensuring satisfaction and engagement within our gaming community. Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients within the Gaming & E-sports Department via various communication platforms.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about gaming products, services, and events.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to keep up with gaming trends and enhance your knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A strong passion for gaming and e-sports.
  • Prior experience in customer support is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to engage with the gaming community and understand their needs.
