Your Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to logistics and shipping processes, offering timely and accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient shipping operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with industry trends and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in logistics or shipping, is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
