Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional technical support to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues accurately and promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with the company's products and services to provide precise and relevant assistance.
- Document customer interactions and track technical issues efficiently in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to refine service delivery and overall customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to expand your knowledge of products and stay informed on updates.
- Provide feedback and suggestions based on customer interactions to improve processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is beneficial.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented attitude with a love for technology.
