Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support to Norwegian-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to offer accurate guidance.
  • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Engage in continuous learning through training sessions to enhance your product knowledge.
  • Contribute insights for process improvements based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer service.
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude with a passion for technology.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and adapt to a new cultural setting.
