Responsibilities- Provide exceptional technical support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, delivering effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
- Collaborate with teams to escalate complex issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on products and services.
- Offer insights on customer experiences to improve our service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A keen interest in technology and a desire to learn.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new lifestyle.
