Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions about products, services, billing, and technical issues.
- Effectively resolve customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Log all customer interactions and maintain records in the company's CRM system.
- Engage in continuous training and development to enhance service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
- Offer suggestions to improve systems and processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- A proactive and positive attitude in a remote working environment.
- No previous experience required; a passion for customer support is key.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new lifestyle.
