Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and technical issues.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Proactively suggest improvements to processes and service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong learning agility and adaptability to a remote work setting.
- No prior experience required; enthusiasm for customer support is essential.
- Detail-oriented with a positive and proactive approach.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and experience a new culture.
