Responsibilities- Assist Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to promote satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system to track feedback and improve service:
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and customer experiences.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your skills and product knowledge.
- Offer insights and suggestions for process improvements based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer care.
- Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while handling customer inquiries effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an approachable demeanor.
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
