Customer Support Representative Retail Industry (Athens, Greece)
Location: On-site | Athens, Greece
Schedule: Shift-based | Monday Sunday | 2:00 PM 7:00 AM


Are you passionate about helping customers and solving problems with a smile? Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Representative in the retail industry and become the go-to person for customer inquiries, support, and satisfaction.

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Athens, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. You will be working flexible shifts between 2 PM and 7 AM, including weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, services, and policies

  • Resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency

  • Record and maintain detailed customer interaction logs in the system

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the retail industry

  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable with shift-based work (between 2 PM 7 AM, Monday to Sunday)

  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other support tools

  • Must be based in Athens, Greece

  • Non-EU applicants must possess valid documentation allowing them to reside and work in Greece
