In this key role, you will provide top-notch support to Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to product information, orders, returns, and other retail services. Your dedication to customer satisfaction and ability to resolve issues efficiently will significantly enhance the shopping experience for our clients. Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns.
- Provide clear and accurate information about promotions, policies, and procedures.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about product offerings and updates to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the retail or e-commerce industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
