Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product information, order status, and returns processes.
- Provide support throughout the shopping experience, ensuring customers have all the information they need to make informed purchase decisions.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge to offer accurate information and recommend related items to customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience and streamline processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
