Customer Support Specialist

About the Role

This on-site full-time position is based in Athens, Greece. The successful candidate will work flexible shifts between 2 PM and 7 AM, including weekends, to provide timely and professional support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via various communication channels, such as phone, email, or chat, in a prompt and courteous manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, services, and policies, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.

  • Maintain detailed customer interaction logs in our system to track and analyze performance.

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure cohesive service delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the retail industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset).

  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer needs.

  • Flexibility to adapt to shift-based work schedules, including evenings and weekends.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other support tools to enhance productivity.

  • Able to reside and work in Athens, Greece.

  • Non-EU applicants must possess valid documentation for residence and work in Greece.
