Customer Support Representative
\We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our support team.
\About the Role:

This is a full-time, on-site position in Athens, Greece, where you will be working with a collaborative, international team.
\You will be handling customer service queries in French and English, processing bookings, resolving issues, and providing post-rental support.
\The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
\In return, we offer a competitive salary, full-time permanent contract, 14 salaries per year, private health and life insurance, 25 paid vacation days, and a EUR 50 monthly meal ticket allowance.
\A valid EU citizenship or residence card with full market access is required, and the successful candidate must be willing to work full-time in Athens.
\The languages of proficiency required for this role are French (C1) and English (B2+).
\The working schedule includes Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:30 or 11:00-19:30, with occasional weekends.
