Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide information about HERON Energy SA products and services, addressing customer needs effectively.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while maintaining up-to-date customer records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, company policies, and procedures to better assist customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related roles preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and empathetically.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and basic computer applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
