We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in the Dating and Social Networking Apps Department. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide outstanding customer support via multiple channels, ensuring that all customers receive timely and effective assistance.
- Assist users with inquiries related to app functionalities, features, and account management, effectively resolving customer complaints and providing solutions to enhance user satisfaction.
- Educate users on best practices for using the app and navigating the platform, contributing to improved customer experience.
- Document interactions accurately to contribute to our knowledge base and improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to address user feedback and promote engagement.
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a tech or app environment.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively to support users.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Familiarity with dating apps or social networking platforms is a plus.
