We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Polish Speaking Customer Support Representative. In this dynamic role, you will provide top-notch support to Polish-speaking users of our dating and social networking applications.
Key Responsibilities- To deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
- To assist customers with inquiries related to app functionalities, account management, and safety features.
- To resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly to ensure user satisfaction.
- To document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up.
- To collaborate with internal teams to relay user feedback and contribute to service improvements.
- To stay informed about app updates, features, and best practices to provide knowledgeable guidance.
- Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer support, particularly within the technology or social networking sector.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric focus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward user support.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and comfort with standard office software.
