We are seeking a talented Portuguese speaking customer support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to users of our dating and social networking apps.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer support to Portuguese-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
- User Assistance: Assist customers with account inquiries, app functionalities, and user safety guidelines.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve customer issues and inquiries to ensure a positive user experience.
- Documentation: Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved matters promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to better understand app features and enhance user support.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and app developments to provide informed assistance.
- User Feedback: Collect and relay user feedback to help improve app functionality and user satisfaction.
- Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service, preferably within tech or social/app platforms.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with a focus on understanding and assisting users.
- Detail Orientation: Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer support software and standard office applications.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
