Dedicated Customer Support Professional

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused German Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves delivering top-notch support to German-speaking users of dating and social networking applications via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving user inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist users with account setup, profile management, and navigation of the app functionalities.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain follow-ups on pending requests.
- Work closely with the product and technical teams to provide feedback and solutions for user-reported issues.
- Educate users about safety practices, subscription options, and application features.
- Gather user feedback and suggestions to contribute to the improvement of services and app functionality.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the tech or app industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
