We are seeking a highly skilled German speaking customer service specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in German.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, chat, and email.
- Prevent fraud and protect data while safeguarding customers.
- Be an ambassador for our company and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Track and follow cases to ensure timely closure.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Fluency in German and very good written and oral communication skills in English.
- Exceptional communication, soft skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools preferred.
- Ability to work under stressful situations with empathy.
- Experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability are essential.
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece is required.
