We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual professional to join our team as a Customer Support Representative for Car Leasing & Financing Department. This role involves providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with car leasing and financing options through various communication channels.
Responsibilities- Offer outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Educate customers on available leasing and financing products, as well as industry regulations and guidelines.
- Gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
