Job Overview- This role focuses on providing top-notch support to Spanish-speaking customers across various touchpoints, including phone, email, and chat.
- Candidates will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries related to home improvement and DIY tools, offering personalized guidance on selecting suitable products and solutions.
- Key responsibilities include processing orders, handling returns, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of latest products, promotions, and DIY trends is crucial for providing accurate and helpful information.
- Documenting all customer interactions and feedback will contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration with the sales team is essential for addressing complex inquiries and supporting marketing efforts.
- Assisting in troubleshooting product-related issues and liaising with technical teams when necessary is also required.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in customer service, particularly in the retail or home improvement sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for building strong relationships with clients.
