Your role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients in French and English, ensuring their needs are met and issues resolved efficiently.

- Conduct research to provide accurate answers to customers' queries
- Analyze and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluent proficiency in both French and English languages
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or a related field
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- The ability to recognize, apply, and explain product knowledge effectively
- Proficiency in computer software and systems
