Customer Service Representative

Your responsibilities will include answering incoming communications from customers, conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.
- You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries with professionalism and care
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns
Our requirements for this role are as follows:
- Fluent proficiency in French and English languages
- A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrate the ability to recognize, apply and explain product or service knowledge
- Proficiency in computer skills
