- We are looking for a highly skilled and multilingual professional to join our team as a customer service representative in support of travel-related services.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct thorough research to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and escalation when necessary.
Requirements
- Fluency in both German and English languages.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least six months of customer service experience.
- Excellent product knowledge and ability to explain it to customers.
- Proficient in using computers and software applications.
- Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece, and obtain necessary work authorization.
