Travel Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Customer Service Representative.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the travel industry, providing exceptional service to customers and helping them to achieve their travel goals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct research to provide accurate and reliable information to customers.
- Provide excellent service to accommodation partners, resolving basic questions and queries.
- Evaluate and escalate complex issues to ensure seamless resolution.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Croatian and English language skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
