German-English Travel Customer Service in support of Booking.com - Relocation to Athens, Greece

Your responsibilities

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Resolve the customer's issues before escalating to the next level

Our requirements

  • Fluency in German and English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months or more of customer services experience
  • Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
  • Computer savvy
  • Resident of or ability to immediately relocate to Athens, Greece and gain work authorization expediently
