Travel Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer communications, conducting research to provide answers, and resolving customer issues.
About the Role- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels
- Conduct thorough research to resolve complex customer issues
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experience
- Fluent German and English language skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in customer-facing roles
- Strong product knowledge and ability to apply it effectively
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece and obtain necessary work authorization
