Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and maximizing performance for assigned key accounts.
This demanding position requires the candidate to ensure achievement of sales targets, provide support and guidance, promote company interests and maintain effective relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of key accounts, delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs, participating in annual agreement negotiations, supervising execution and monitoring key account performance.
The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated team player who possesses strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English languages.
They should also have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field, 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Area, Regional sales or Key Account Management roles of large retail networks/accounts and familiarity with reporting tools such as ERP.
Furthermore, they should be customer service oriented with accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to quality, results-driven and self-motivated with passion, energy and positive attitude.
Additional requirements include advanced negotiation and sales skills, high standards of business ethics and business conduct, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
