In deze rol word je een essentieel onderdeel van ons enthousiaste team en word je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van uitstekende ondersteuning aan Nederlandse klanten. Je helpt hen bij het navigeren van onze streamingdiensten en lost je eventuele technische problemen op.

Je gaat een dynamisch proces meemaken met onze groeiende online platforms waarbij je de mogelijkheid hebt om je professioneel te ontwikkelen.

We zoeken medewerkers die zich door hun passie en taalvaardigheden onderscheiden en open staan voor samenwerking met collega's uit diverse landen.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Bied hoogwaardige ondersteuning aan Nederlandse klanten via verschillende communicatiekanalen.
  • Los technische problemen op die verband houden met onze streamingdiensten.
  • Help gebruikers met het navigeren in het platform en het vinden van hun gewenste content.
  • Documenteer klantinteracties en identificeer terugkerende problemen voor verbetering van de service.
  • Werk samen met het ondersteuningsteam om de klanttevredenheid en servicekwaliteit te verbeteren.

Vereiste Vaardigheden

  • Fluently Dutch is essential.
  • Good problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to perform well both individually and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in English for effective collaboration with the team.
  • Honest interest in streaming services and the entertainment industry.
