Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, playlists, content availability, and features of the service.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve user experience.
  • Educate users on platform features, new releases, and navigation tips.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to help enhance service and product offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer support, especially in music or digital services, is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Passionate about music and podcasts, with a good understanding of current trends.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
