This engaging role involves assisting customers with inquiries related to our music and podcast services, ensuring they have an enriching and enjoyable experience.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients across various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding our music and podcast offerings, helping them navigate our platform.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for record-keeping.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with trends and new features in the music and podcast industry.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong passion for music and podcasts, along with customer service experience.
- Prior experience in customer support is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
