Job Summary:This role is an excellent fit for individuals who are passionate about music, podcasts, and providing exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch support via phone, email, and chat while resolving customer complaints efficiently and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding music and podcast services.
- Assist customers with inquiries about subscription plans, content access, and technical issues.
- Help resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-ups on unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with the content and technical teams to address customer needs effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest music and podcast trends to provide informed assistance.
- Gather client feedback to help improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the entertainment or digital services sector is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Familiarity with music streaming platforms and podcast services would be an advantage.
- Proficient in customer support software and standard office tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
